The Natural Circle Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) is an all rounder
for every palette and enhances the flavour of every dish. All of our olives are lovingly hand-picked from our grove in Jarrahdale, Western Australia. They are then cold-pressed within hours of harvest, to maintain the lowest possible acidity.
Cold-settled without mechanical filtering, and stored in stainless steel vats until bottled. This traditional process preserves the oil’s full character, quality and freshness.
Labels feature a photo of our ‘branch manager’ border collie models, Shadow and Miley, taken in our Minerva olive grove. Harvesting is a family affair and there is something about picking olives with your own hands – it is like a meditation. You can certainly taste the love!
